The terms and conditions which apply to purchase orders placed by Rolls-Royce Marine companies are stated in the Application Guide below.



The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) is a trilateral agreement between Canada, Mexico and the United States.

Under this agreement, suppliers to Rolls-Royce Canada and Corporation are required to provide their customers with a completed NAFTA Certificate of Origin for all commercial goods imported from a NAFTA Country that qualify under the provisions of the NAFTA.

The supplier is responsible for completing the Certificate of Origin with truthful and accurate information, as described under the rules of Article 401 of the Agreement.
