Resolving the certificate warning when accessing the Rolls-Royce Global Supplier Portal

It has come to our attention that some users are seeing a ‘Security Certificate Warning’ when accessing the Rolls-Royce Global Supplier Portal (GSP). To overcome this warning, please follow the instructions below to install a new Entrust certificate.

Instructions:

To install the new certificate please download directly from the Entrust website and follow the instructions below:

1. Click the link for the Entrust website.

2. Click open.

3. Check details match as below, and then click on the Install Certificate button.

4. Follow the dialog boxes accepting all the defaults, clicking Next on each screen to automatically install the certificate.

5. When the installation is complete, restart internet explorer.

The Global Supplier Portal (GSP) should now be accessible without any warnings. If you wish to check the details in the certification path please click the padlock symbol in the address bar.

(Note: This is not a specific GSP issue and can affect other web sites that have recently updated their Entrust certificate)
